Mr. DeStefano had 25 years of senior management experience at Nike, Inc., a global footwear and apparel company, which included serving as Nikes President of Global Operations for seven years until 2013. Mr. DeStefano has served on a number of public and private boards, including on the Board of Directors of Umpqua Holding Corporationration the Board of Regents and the University Relations and Academic Affairs committee of the University of Portland and the Board of Directors of the Nike Foundation since 2016.

Digimarc Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Digimarc's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Digimarc inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Digimarc.
