Ms. Witteman has extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, the formation, financing, and operation of business entities, and corporate governance. Before joining Musick Peeler, Ms. Witteman was an attorney with the Pasadenabased law firm of Anglin Flewelling Rasmussen Campbell Trytten LLP from 2004 to 2016, and prior to that with Latham Watkins LLP, where she worked in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to that she also was an associate at Jones Lang LaSalle, an international real estate services firm, where she handled real estate portfolio management and lease negotiations on behalf of commercial tenants. Additionally, Ms. Witteman served as inhouse counsel for Sega GameWorks, a locationbased entertainment company, guiding the company in the areas of private offerings, equipment and bank financing, intellectual property, employment, equity plan administration and corporate governance. Ms. Witteman received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and her law degree from UCLA School of Law.

Witteman received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law. AFRCT provided legal services to the Company in fiscal 2015 as discussed below under the heading ?Certain Relationships and Related Person Transactions.? We expect to continue to engage AFRCT to perform legal services in fiscal 2016.
