Dr. Laurie H. Glimcher serves as NonExecutive Independent Director of the Company since 1 September 2017. Laurie stepped down from the Board of BristolMyers Squibb Co in 2017 after serving for 20 years on its Board. Laurie brings scientific and public health expertise to the Boards deliberations, and a wealth of global, publicly listed, pharmaceutical business experience. Laurie is currently Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and is CEO, President and an Attending Physician at the DanaFarber Cancer Institute. Laurie is a member of the US National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Medicine. She is a member of the Scientific Steering Committee of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy and a NonExecutive Director of the Waters Corporationrationration, where she also serves on its Corporationrationrate Governance Committee. In addition, Laurie is cofounder and Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of Quentis Therapeutics Inc. She is a Scientific Advisory Board member of Repare Therapeutics Inc, Abpro Therapeutics and Kaleido Biosciences Inc. since 2017.
