Mr. Michael J. Koss is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He has held various positions at the Company since 1976 and was a director of the Company since 1985. He was elected President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company in 1987, Chief Executive Officer in 1991, ViceChairman in 1998 and Chairman in 2015. Mr. Koss brings to the Board intimate knowledge of the Companys daily operations as the Companys Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Mr. Kosss extensive senior leadership experience in various positions gives him a broad understanding of the types of operational, financial and strategic issues that affect the Company. He was the driving force behind the Companys new product development. Mr. Koss is also a director of STRATTEC Security Corporationrationration.
