Mr. Eglin has served as our Chief Executive Officer since January 2003, our President since April 1996, and as a trustee since May 1994. He served as one of our Executive Vice Presidents from October 1993 to April 1996 and our Chief Operating Officer from October 1993 to December 31, 2010. Mr. Eglin, as our Chief Executive Officer, provides our Board of Trustees with extensive experience in netlease investing, real estate operations and capital markets having led us through various cycles of growth. since 2019.
