He was an internal auditor for Harsco Corporation from 1994 to 1996. Prior to joining Harsco he was an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick. In March 2007 pursuant to a plea agreement Mr. Donley pled guilty to state misdemeanor offenses related to driving under the influence since 2005.
