Mr. James Leroy Nielsen will be appointing as President, Cointerim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer of the company, Effective December 30, 2018. Mr. Nielsen joined our company as Chief Operating Officer in April 2011. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Nielsen served as President of Henrys Farmers Markets from 2007 through April 2011, and Vice President and General Manager of Henrys Farmers Markets from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Nielsen served in various roles of increasing responsibility for Wild Oats Marketplace, including Director of Operations from December 2004 to February 2007, Director of NonPerishables from February 2004 to December 2004, and Director of Merchandising from 2002 to February 2004. Mr. Nielsen began his career at Smiths Food and Drug in 1986 and held various positions before leaving in 2002 since 2018.
