He has also been Chairman of the Board of Thai Union Manufacturing Co., Ltd. since 1973, Thai Sea Food Co., Ltd. since 1977, Merchant Partners Securities PCL. since 2000 and Merchant Partners Asset Management Co., Ltd. since 2011. He had served as Chairman of the Board of Asian Pacific Can Co., Ltd. from 1991 to 1993. He is Director at various other companies. He holds Honorary Doctorate Degree of Philosophy in Business Administration, Mae Fah Luang University and Honorary Science Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science and Technology, the Thai Chamber of Commerce University. since 1988.
