Mr. Luis Enriquez Nistal serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Vocento, S.A. He was appointed to these posts on July 18, 2011. In 2000, he joined Unidad Editorial, where he has held various positions and was responsible for the centralization of the regional editions and for the distribution and marketing policy. As General Director of Unidad Editorial, he assumed the responsibility for the three main titles of the group El Mundo, Marca and Expansion. He is also Board Member of ABC Sevilla SL, Diario ABC SL, Diario El Correo SA and Federico Domenech SA, as well as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Radio Publi SL and Chairman of Sociedad Gestora de Television Net TV SA. He graduated in Business and Economics from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. since 2011.

Elected by the shareholders, the Vocento's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Vocento inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Vocento.
