Mr. Walsh currently serves as an independent director of the Board of Directors of Avid Bioservices, a publiclytraded company based in Tustin, California and serves on its nominating committee. He is also an independent director of the Board of Directors of MedPharm LTD, a privately held company in Durham, North Carolina, and serves on its compensation committee. He is also an Operating Partner to healthcare privateequity firm Ampersand Capital, based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Mr. Walsh is a member of the Boards Audit and Finance and Compensation Committees since 2018.
