He was formerly a director of Supremex inc., which is a reporting issuer and on which he served as Chairman of the Board, Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc., which is a reporting issuer and on which he served as Chair of its Audit Committee and Mecachrome International Inc. Mr. Gadbois is also a Fellow of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agrs du Qubec. since 2006.

Cogeco Communications Leadership Team
