Other positions held at Ernst Young include crossborder market leader of the transaction advisory services department, a partner of the audit practice and managing partner of the Stamford, Connecticut office. Mr. Cerbone is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cerbone holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Accounting, from Iona College since 2017.
