Mr. Daniel J. Sullivan III is NonExecutive Chairman of the Board of Company. He most recently served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Ground from 1998 until 2007. FedEx Ground is a wholly owned subsidiary of FedEx Corporationrationration. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Sullivan was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Caliber System. In 1995, Mr. Sullivan was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Roadway Services. Mr. Sullivan is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Schneider National, Inc., where he serves as nonexecutive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sullivan is also a current member of the Board of Directors of The Medical University of South Carolina Foundation where he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sullivan previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Pike Electric, Inc. from 2007 to 2014, GDS Express from 2004 to 2009 and Gevity, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. He is a former federal commissioner for the Flight 93 National Memorial project in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. since 2014.
