Mr. Howard Douglas Goforth is no longer Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer of the Company effective December 31, 2018. Prior to joining us, Mr. Goforth served as a Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at BlueLinx Holdings Inc., or BlueLinx, from February 2008 until June 2014. From November 2006 until February 2008, Mr. Goforth served as Vice President and Corporationrationrate Controller for Armor Holdings Inc., which was acquired by BAE Systems in July 2007. Previously he served as Corporationrationrate Controller for BlueLinx from May 2004 until October 2006, where he played a key role in BlueLinx initial public offering. From 2002 until 2004 he served as Controller for BlueLinx . Mr. Goforth has over 25 years of combined accounting, finance, treasury, acquisition and management experience with leading distribution and manufacturing companies including Mitsubishi Wireless Communications, Inc., Yamaha Motor Manufacturing, Inc. and IngersollRand since 2014.
