Coulter has over 30 years of real estate industry experience. During his tenure at JBG he focused primarily on managing predevelopment and development activities, as well as areas of value creation through more effective asset management. After the sale of a significant portion of JBG commercial portfolio and two operating companies to a public real estate company, Mr. Coulter served as a Managing Director of the midAtlantic region of the acquiring company from February 1998 to April 1999. He returned to JBG in April 1999. He is also a founding member and board member of the Downtown DC and Rosslyn business improvement districts. He is a past board member and President of Rosslyn Renaissance. He received his Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
