Mr. David Tsur is Deputy Chairman of the Board of the company. He is the Cofounder of Kamada and served has our Chief Executive Officer and on our board of directors since the company inception in 1990 until July 2015. Currently he serves as our Active Deputy Chairman of the Board. Prior to cofounding Kamada, Mr. Tsur was Chief Executive Officer of Arad Systems and RAD Chemicals Inc. He has also held various positions in the Israeli Ministry of Economy, including Chief Economist and Commercial Attach in Argentina and Iran since 2015.

Kamada Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Kamada's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Kamada inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Kamada. The board's role is to monitor Kamada's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Kamada's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
