He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc., a global provider of commercialduty automatic transmissions and hybrid propulsion systems. Mr. GarciaTunon is a board member of the William and Mary Law School foundation and Senator John Heinz History Center, where he serves as its Treasurer. since 2009.
