Ms. Kelly D. Luttmer is Executive Vice President, Chief Tax Officer of NL Industries Inc. She has served as our chief tax officer since 2016 and as our executive vice president since 2014. She previously served as our global tax director from 2012 to 2016. She served as our vice president from 2004 to 2014 and our tax director from 2003 to 2011. She currently serves as executive vice president and chief tax officer of CompX, Kronos Worldwide, Valhi and Contran. Elected by the shareholders, the NL Industries' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: NL Industries inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of NL Industries.
