Mr. Lawrence I. Sills is Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Sills has served as our Executive Chairman of the Board since March 2016, and as a director of the Company since 1986. Mr. Sills has also served as our Chairman of the Board from December 2000 to March 2016, Chief Executive Officer from December 2000 to March 2016, our President and Chief Operating Officer from 1986 to 2000, and our Vice President of Operations from 1983 to 1986. Mr. Sills is the father of Eric P. Sills, a director of the Company and our Chief Executive Officer and President since 2021.
