Ms. Taltons service in leadership roles with a variety of global technology and consulting firms provided her with extensive knowledge of and experience in information technology systems and Cybersecurity, enabling her to effectively oversee managements execution of Syscos business technology initiatives and its approach to privacy and cyber security risks. Ms. Talton has also gained extensive public company board experience in compensation, corporate governance, risk management and auditfinance issues through her service on the boards of directors of Deere Company since 2015, OGE Energy Corporationration since 2013 and Wintrust Financial Corporationrationration since 2012, including service as chair of the Information Technology and Security Committee of the Wintrust board of directors.
