From 2008 to 2011, Ms. Talton served as Vice President, Office of Globalization, for Cisco Systems, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of networking, switching and servervirtualization technology products related to the communication and information technology industries. Prior to that time, she held other leadership positions at Cisco Systems, Inc., Electronic Data Systems Corporation and Ernst Young, LLP. Ms. Taltons service in leadership roles with a variety of global technology and consulting firms provided her with extensive knowledge of and experience in information technology systems and Cybersecurity, enabling her to effectively oversee managements execution of Syscos business technology initiatives and its approach to privacy and cyber security risks. Ms. Talton has also gained extensive public company board experience in compensation, corporate governance, risk management and auditfinance issues through her service on the boards of directors of Deere Company since 2015, OGE Energy Corporationration since 2013 and Wintrust Financial Corporation since 2012, including service as chair of the Information Technology and Security Committee of the Wintrust board of directors. since 2017.
