Mr. Gary A. King has resigned as Executive Vice President Chief Information Officer of the Company. effective 18 March 2016. Prior to joining TMobile Mr. King served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Chicos FAS Inc. from October 2004 to April 2013. Previously he was the Chief Information officer of Barnes Noble Inc. from May 2002 to October 2004 and also served as its Vice President. Prior to that Mr. King served as Executive Vice PresidentOperations of Barnesandnoble.com since December 31 2001 and its Chief Technology Officer from January 1999 to May 2002. Prior to that he spent ten years from 1988 to 1999 with Avon Products Inc. and served as its Vice President Global Information Technology from 1996 to 1999. He also held various systems management positions with Unisys Corporation and Burroughs Corporation from 1982 to 1987.
