Mr. Niels Jacobsen was Deputy Chairman of the Board of William Demant Holding AS since March 27, 2017. He no longer serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and Member of the Executive Board of the Company, effective as of April 1, 2017. He had been Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company since 1998. He previously served as Executive Vice President of the Company from 1992 to 1998. He has Board assignments within a number of companies within the William Demant group and partly owned companies, including Chairman of the Boards of Jeudan AS, Ossur hf., Vision RT Ltd., Founders AS and HIMPP AS as well as Board Member of Boston Holding AS and Sennheiser Communications AS. He is also CEO of William Demant Invest AS. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board at Nissens AS, and Deputy Chairman of the Board at ABOUT YOU Holding GmbH and KIRKBI AS. He also serves as Chairman of Thomas B. Thriges Fond . He holds a MS degree in Economics from Aarhus Universitet from 1983. since 2017.
