Mr. Joseph Brendan Herron is no longer Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc., effective March 1, 2019. Mr. Herron has served as an executive vice president and our chief financial officer since 2013 and served in a variety of roles at the Predecessor and its affiliates from 1994 to 2005, and from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Herron has over 20 years of experience in structuring, executing and operating infrastructure and technology investments. He formerly served on the U.S. Commerce Secretarys Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee and is presently a member of the Board of Trustees of Calvert Hall College High School since 2019.
