Mr. Brown has specialized in merger transactions and financings for financial institutions, completing over 125 transactions totaling in excess of 3.5 billion over his career. His connections with and to the community banking industry in the Rocky Mountain Region are extensive, as he has personally worked on approximately half of all Colorado bank and thrift merger transactions since 1993. Prior to founding St. Charles Capital, he served as Managing Director of McDonald Investments, Inc. and Executive Vice President of The Wallach Company . In addition to experience with finance and compliance, Mr. Brown brings a deep knowledge of the banking industry to the Board as well as unique insight to the Companys mergers and acquisitions since 2015.
