Mr. Richard N. Barton is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Barton has served as a director of our company since December 2016. Mr. Barton is a cofounder and Executive Chairman of Zillow Group, Inc. and was Chief Executive Officer from December 2004 to September 2010. He also is a cofounder of Glassdoor.com and Trover. Mr. Barton has served as a venture partner at Benchmark Capital, a VC firm, since February 2005. Mr. Barton founded Expedia as a group within Microsoft Corporation in 1994, which was spun out as Expedia, Inc. in 1999. Mr. Barton served as Expedia, Inc. Chief Executive Officer and President from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Barton has served as Executive Chairman of Zillow Group since September 2010 and was a member of its board of directors since its founding in December of 2004. Mr. Barton has served on the board of directors of Netflix, Inc. since 2002 and has served as NonExecutive Chairman of Glassdoor.com since January 2008 and Trover since March 2010. Mr. Barton also served on the board of directors of Expedia, Inc. from 1999 to 2003 since 2016.

Qurate Retail Series Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Qurate Retail's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Qurate Retail inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Qurate.
