Hamlin previously served on the board of Bare Escentuals, a publiclyheld premium cosmetic company, from March 2009 until their acquisition by Shiseido in March 2010. From 2006 to 2008, he was a corporate board member and audit committee member at Safeco, a publiclyheld insurance company, which was sold to Liberty Mutual Insurance. Prior to joining Bozeman, Mr. Hamlin spent 11 years at Dell Inc., a technology solutions, services, and support provider, where he was an Executive Officer and Senior Vice President reporting directly to the Office of the Chairman. From 2005 to 2007 he was the Senior Vice President responsible for Dell’s global online business and brand strategy.
